A township move is two moves in one: the road trip, and the trip inside the gate. In Uniworld City and the other large townships of Action Area III, the truck stops at a parking point decided by security, and your goods may travel a long way on trolleys before they reach your tower's service lift.
So before the move we get three things fixed with your facility office: the move pass with the truck number and crew names, the service-lift slot for your tower, and the parking point closest to your tower. On the day, the lift is padded, corridors are covered, and every carton is numbered so nothing is left at the gate.

The most common reason a New Town move starts late has nothing to do with packing.
Many New Town addresses are written as a premises number, a street number and a block inside an action area. Map apps do not always find them, so we ask for a live location pin on WhatsApp at booking.
The wide roads and roundabouts of New Town look the same at 6 a.m. Our driver gets your nearest landmark, such as City Centre 2, Eco Park or a tower name, and calls you before entering the block.
Trucks should not wait on the main arterial roads. We agree a waiting spot on the service road or inside the society, so the crew does not lose time or get moved on.
New towers keep coming up in New Town and Rajarhat, and many of our New Town moves are the first move into a brand-new flat. A new building has its own problems: the service lift may not be handed over yet, the flooring is fresh and scratches easily, and the society office may still be setting up its rules.

“Nearby areas” means Rajarhat, Chinar Park, Narkel Bagan, Hatiara, Baguiati, Kestopur, Salt Lake and Lake Town. A high floor with a working service lift costs nothing extra.
