How We Transport Your Bike or Scooter

Bikes and scooters are wrapped in foam and bubble wrap, with extra cover on the tank, mirrors, handle and indicators. They are loaded upright, tied down and moved by road with household goods or separately, depending on your route and dates.

Before You Hand Over Your Vehicle

Keep fuel at about a quarter tank. A full tank is not needed and adds weight.
Remove valuables, documents, toll tags you may need and loose items from the car.
Carry a copy of the RC, insurance and your ID. Keep the originals with you.
Wash the car a day before so scratches are easy to see during the inspection.
Note the odometer reading yourself and take your own photos too.
