This page explains what information Sunrisers Movers And Packers collects when you use this website, call us or message us on WhatsApp, and how we use it. We only ask for what we need to give you a moving quote and complete your move.
What we collect
- Quote and callback forms: your name, mobile number, moving-from and moving-to areas, the service you need and any details you type.
- WhatsApp and phone calls: the messages, photos or videos you choose to send, for example a room video for a price.
- Shipment tracking page: the tracking ID and mobile number you enter, used only to show the status of your own move.
- Website usage: pages visited and button clicks (such as Call or WhatsApp), collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager using cookies.
How we use it
- To call or message you back with a quote, plan the survey and carry out the move.
- To prepare the item list, GST bill and, on request, the IBA approved bill format for your claim.
- To understand which pages help customers, so we can improve the website.
We do not sell your personal details to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only with the people needed to complete your move, such as our own crew and, for intercity moves, the transport partner carrying your goods, and with an insurance company if you choose transit insurance. Website usage data is processed by Google for analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed for your move, your bill and the business records we are required to keep.
